Congratulations to Dr. Fugate on his upcoming retirement

The Center for Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine would like to congratulate Dr. Douglas Fugate on his upcoming retirement! Dr. Fugate started working at COSM in 2000 and we appreciate the many years of excellent medical care that he has provided for our community. It has been an honor to work along side him as we wish him health, happiness and nothing but the best in his retirement.
